Refund policy
Exchange Policy (7 to 10 Days)
At Milcent Appliances, we offer an exchange-only policy. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Customers may request an exchange within 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the product must:
- Be in the same condition as delivered
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Have all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact
- Include the invoice or proof of purchase
Products that show signs of use, installation, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange

Please note:
- Exchange requests must be approved before dispatching the product
- Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Once approved, you will receive instructions regarding the shared return address and shipping process
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at milcentappliances@gmail.com, along with clear images or videos of the issue. Our team will assess the case and arrange an exchange if approved.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation
- Products with missing accessories, manuals, or packaging
- Products returned after the 7 to 10 day exchange window
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved:
- You will be instructed to ship the product to the shared address
- The product will be inspected upon receipt
- After successful verification, the replacement product will be dispatched
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds.
All eligible cases are handled strictly as exchanges only, within the defined timeframe.
